Job Overview

CatalogueCo is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and product development.

The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, define features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and marketing teams to ensure the best possible product experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback gathering to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Align product development with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Product Development & Execution

  • Create detailed product requirements, feature specifications, and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and content teams to execute and deliver high-quality products.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and stakeholder input.

User Research & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize product performance.
  • Use A/B testing, analytics tools, and metrics tracking to assess feature impact and guide improvements.
  • Identify pain points and gaps in the user journey and propose solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact between business, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Communicate product updates and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of the product roadmap while balancing priorities.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in product management, UX research, or product development.
Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Trello, or other product management tools.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
