Job Overview
CatalogueCo is seeking a Content Manager to lead and oversee content strategy, creation, and execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent editorial skills, a deep understanding of content marketing, and the ability to manage and scale content production.
The ideal candidate will own the content roadmap, ensure quality and consistency, and drive engagement through well-researched and high-value content. This role involves collaborating with researchers, designers, and marketing teams to produce compelling and data-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with CatalogueCo’s business goals.
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery across multiple brands.
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and brand consistency.
Content Creation & Oversight
- Write, edit, and oversee the production of articles, reports, whitepapers, website content, and marketing materials.
- Ensure content is data-driven, informative, and aligned with industry trends.
- Collaborate with research analysts to transform complex data into engaging content.
Team Collaboration & Content Distribution
- Work closely with design, marketing, and research teams to create cohesive and impactful content.
- Develop distribution strategies to maximize reach across digital platforms, newsletters, and industry publications.
- Manage external writers and freelancers when necessary.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Use analytics tools to track content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and improve engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and audience engagement.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in content management, editorial roles, or digital marketing.
Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in SEO, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and content marketing tools.
